We pack orders in a white envelope with no Rogue Fang references other than the brand logos. Alternatively, you can ask for a discreet option, in which case we'll pack your order in a standard DHL Express or GLS envelope, with no furry motifs or Rogue Fang branding, except where required by law and official bodies. We protect your privacy as much as possible.

This is due to the new trading policies within the European Union to electronic shops, like ours. We require a valid ID from buyers in the EU to collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities.

Our cut-off time is 12:00 to 14:00 (CEST) If an order is placed after-hours, it will be shipped the next day as long as it is a business day.

We ship worldwide. Shipping methods vary depending on the delivery address, time of purchase and availability of products.

We have three shipping methods:

Premium Delivery – DHL Express

DHL Express is our premium courier and it is our fastest service (48-72 hours worldwide, 24-48 within Europe) total flexibility to choose how and where to deliver your package, as well as extra services such as recovering your package in the rare case that the parcel gets delivered elsewhere. Check the status of your parcel at any time through your phone or email.

Standard Delivery – GLS

We partnered with GLS for our European customers, they offer 24-48 hour deliveries and tracking along with extra services like delivery under a signature.

Rogue Fang will be at some furry conventions, save money with this delivery option that will be available if a Rogue Fang staff member attends a furry convention which will be indicated at the process of checkout, so you can receive your product in hand.

For hygiene reasons, our underwear is non-returnable. If the item appears to be faulty, please contact us at support@roguefang.zohodesk.eu with details of the problem and any graphic media that clearly shows the problem. After analysing the problem, we will send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at support@roguefang.zohodesk.eu if your order has been damaged as a result of improper handling by the carrier. Don't forget to send us photos of the condition of the package and the product so that we can provide you with a faster service!

Our jocks are designed to be worn with or without a fursuit! They weren't specifically designed to be worn with a fursuit, but from our experience we can say that they look great with one!

As a tip, if you are going to wear one of our jockstraps over your fursuit, please choose 2 sizes bigger than the size you wear as a "hooman".

It's a compliment to us that you like our mascots! Unlike the fursonas of each of us in the fandom, Arkyn, Dennis, Travis and Tristan (and future additions) are our representatives and part of the Rogue Fang identity.

We love to see Fursonas wearing our products; we have seen some amazing artwork with them! However, the use of our mascots is restricted to Rogue Fang and our authorised artists.
