First things first: we’re a small team 💛. That means every order is carefully packed by us.

• Processing time: orders are usually prepared within 24–72h after payment. We don’t process or ship on weekends or public holidays.
  
• Events: when we attend conventions, shipping pauses until we’re back. We’ll let you know on the site if that’s the case.
  

After processing, delivery time depends on the courier you choose:

• DHL Express (Premium): usually 24–48h in Europe, 48–72h worldwide.
  
• UPS (Standard): available in Europe and worldwide, generally slower than DHL but more economical.
  
• GLS (Standard – Europe only): usually 24–48h within Europe.
  

⏳ Important: all delivery times are estimates from our courier partners. Customs checks, holidays or local courier delays may extend these times.

• EU customers: VAT is included at checkout, no extra customs.
  
• Non-EU customers: Prices don’t include import duties, taxes or courier handling fees. These are your responsibility.
  
• USA customers: Since 29 August 2025, all shipments may be charged duties and taxes, regardless of value.
  

If you refuse to pay customs and the parcel returns to us, we refund only the product price minus shipping and return costs.

Our cut-off time is 12:00 to 14:00 (CET/CEST) If an order is placed after-hours, it will be shipped the next day as long as it is a business day.

We pack orders in plain plastic envelopes or cardboard boxes with no motifs or branding. The only information shown is what’s legally required and a short description of contents (e.g. underwear).

• Only if the hygiene seal is intact.
• Once the seal is broken, returns are not possible.

⚠️ Important: Returns may involve costs (shipping fees, customs or handling charges) as explained in our Terms & Conditions. Refunds/credits are processed within 14 days after confirmation.

• EU & in-person events: if confirmed faulty, we can replace (if stock available), refund, or issue store credit.
• Outside the EU (USA, Canada, UK, etc.): due to customs costs, we usually issue a refund or store credit instead of sending a replacement.

Our jocks are designed to be worn with or without a fursuit! They weren't specifically designed to be worn with a fursuit, but from our experience we can say that they look great with one!

As a tip, if you are going to wear one of our jockstraps over your fursuit, please choose 2 sizes bigger than the size you wear as a "hooman".

We plan to cover different realities and necessities so, for this reason, we would like to introduce clothing that satisfies these needs in our underwear and swimwear lineup.

Our mascots — Arkyn, Dennis, Travis, Tristan (and future additions) — are the official representatives of Rogue Fang. They are part of our brand identity, so their use is reserved for Rogue Fang and our authorised artists.

We love to see your characters wearing Rogue Fang, but please respect that the ambassadors belong exclusively to the brand.
