Please note that the estimated delivery time is given in working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the city of Mérida, Spain). These delivery times are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, Rogue Fang will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery date or an alternative solution.

In the event of a delay, you must notify us so that we can meet our delivery commitment within a reasonable additional period of time. If Rogue Fang does not deliver the product within this additional period, you have the right to cancel the order.

SHIPPING
The product will be delivered to the address you specify when you place your order.

For our expedited shipping methods, your order may arrive a day later if placed after 1 PM CET. Please note that our delivery options only refer to the delivery timeframe and not the time taken to prepare your order. While most orders are ready to ship within 1 day of ordering, some orders may take longer.

Rogue Fang is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, port fees or other charges over and above what we have estimated in your quote. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs holds and inspections or vessel delays due to conditions beyond our control.
