The best fit out of those available when I bought mine. Unfortunately, the largest size available was XL and I think an XXL would've been better.
The pouch is comfortable as it is shaped to stick out in the centre.
Unfortunately the straps on this jock do still twist where they join the bottom of the pouch, though this is less pronounced than on the jocks with broader straps.
