The de minimis threshold has been revoked by the U.S. administration as of August 29. This means that every order from our store will be subject to additional costs imposed by U.S. Customs. Responsibility for paying these duties lies with the customer. We are closely monitoring updates and changes regarding this matter. Please note that free shipping does not cover the payment of duties.

The minimis threshold, which allows the importation of products valued under $800 without tariffs, has recently been modified. As of May 2, 2025, this exemption no longer applies to products originating from China. However, for European products, the minimis threshold remains in effect, allowing duty-free importation for goods valued under $800.
How does this affect my Rogue Fang order?
Most of our products, except for the ones listed below, are manufactured in Europe, and therefore fall under the minimis threshold. However, The Washing Bag and Rogue Fang Lanyard, will be subject to tariffs, which will increase their cost. Here are examples of the current tariffs, which are subject to change:
The Washing Bag base price: $10
Tariff of 145%(this can vary): $10 x 1.45 = $14.50
Base Tariff of 10%: $10 x 0.10 = $1
HTSUS for washing bags of 7%: $10 x 0.7 = $0.70
Additional Charges (processing, brokerage, etc.): Approximately $17 (this can vary)
Total Cost: $10 + $14.50 + $1 + $0.70 + $17 = $43.20

USING THE UPS SERVICE:
New International Collect on Delivery (“ICOD”) Fee
Parcels requiring the payment of duties, taxes and other government-related charges (“Duties”) will be assessed an additional fee of $12 USD if those Duties are not paid prior to delivery. The ICOD Fee will be charged to the U.S. recipient upon delivery.
Recipients can avoid these charges if they pay the applicable Duties electronically through the UPS Import Payment Processing Application (IPPA) using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). In addition to the notification, a link to pay the Duties will also be provided with the UPS.com tracking results for the shipment. This will enable the customer to submit payments in advance and avoid the ICOD Fee.
